7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, applicable only under the following condition:

• Size Issue: If the delivered size differs from the size chart provided on our website, you are eligible to request a size exchange.

Important Notes

• No Returns or Refunds will be accepted for reasons related to dislike of fabric, style, or change of mind, as fabric details and size charts are already provided on the product page.

• Exchanges are only allowed for sizing issues when the customer ordered according to our official size chart but received an incorrect fit.

How to Exchange

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp (03360008785).
2. Return the product using any courier service of your choice.
3. You will be required to cover the delivery charges for the return shipment.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the size exchange accordingly.

Product Condition for Exchange

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Tags and labels must be intact.
