1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card Payment (XPay Gateway).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of stock unavailability or order verification delays, customers will be informed via phone call, SMS, or email.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

For orders below Rs. 2,900/-, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200/- will apply.
All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details, including complete address, contact number, and postal code during checkout.
Niceshop.pk will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

8. International Shipping
Currently, Niceshop.pk ships only within Pakistan.
